Mark Potts Builder

We’ve had an awful experience with Mark Potts builder. He’s taken money for materials but not provided. The work was for a porch conversion which should have taken 3-4 weeks. After 17 weeks he’s walked off the job, ripped off and gaslighted my elderly mother in an attempt to rip her off even more than he already has done. Trading Standards are involved.

Mark is very approachable and throughly nice guy. Nothing is too much trouble, he listens and will not carry out ant work unless agreed together. His work ethics and knowledge are top notch as are his associates Mark brings in when necessary. He always puts in full days and is meticulous. And he always cleans up after himself. We are delighted with our new extension and it looks amazing. Thank you Mark Brillent
