I am very disappointed by the service received from Frank. It took him two weeks to come out following two reminder calls to say when will you be coming and now I have been waiting three weeks to get a quote off him but still nothing! The only reason I haven't gone to someone else before today is because he came highly recommended! Anyway, I have another company coming today who I only contacted a couple of days ago so it is your loss Frank! If this is your service before taking any money from me I would hate to have been unlucky enough to have to try and get any after-sales service from you!
